Ng Kai Yong, a 17 year old student was invited to donate blood at the Blood Drive organised by the PAYM on 16 April at the Toa Payoh Central CC. Since his siblings were also blood donors, Kai Yong accepted the invitation and downloaded the parental consent form from the website for his mother to give her consent.
