Gong Xi Fa Cai!

We have launched a new forum “Blood Donor Experiences” and we would love hear from blood donors in Singapore about their donation experiences.

This forum will be monitored by the Singapore Red Cross and if your feedback needs any action, it will be acted on ASAP.

Some Forum rules

1. Please give us feedback if you have donated either at the Bloodbank@HSA or at any of Bloodmobiles organised by Bloodbank@HSA.

2. The current and past Bloodmobiles are always listed on the Bloodmobiles page.

3. We do welcome negative feedback. We believe it gives us a chance to rectify it and ensure that it doesn’t happen again to you or to others. Furthermore, if you are giving us a negative feedback, please try to give us specific details like place, date, etc., which might be useful in figuring out what really went wrong.
